It's no secret that we really, really like Vicetone around here. The Dutch duo Ruben den Boer and Victor Pool have been on a meteoric rise over the last couple of years, producing some of the most exciting electro and progressive house tracks we've heard. We weren't the only ones to take notice of the duo's talent either; more recently they have worked with a number of top-level EDM producers on collaborations (particularly one Nicky Romero) and many others on remixes, further elevating their status as rising stars in the genre.
Today, we are proud to present the next episode in their "webisode" series. The video details their hectic tour schedule, as the boys try and make time for studio time in between packed-out shows in LA and San Diego. Check it out below to get a glimpse into the world of Vicetone.

But that's not all! In celebration of Victor's birthday today, the boys are releasing a special cover of a very popular house classic. Tony Igy's "Astronomia" was an electro-house banger a few years back, and Vicetone liked it so much they put their own twist on it. You can hear the Vicetone influences on the synth, infusing their own rock-based influences with the original to give the song more edge than its predecessor. It's a great take on the original, and currently available as a FREE download. So make sure you grab yourself a copy below!
