I first came across Vestige a few months ago when he dropped a heavy horn driven tune titled “Flex” and have been following him ever since. To me Vestige has a solid grasp on what future bass music should sound like and brings a low end theory feel that I’m looking for in a tune as of late. Yesterday, Vestige dropped a luscious remake of Alina Baraz and Galimatias “Make You Feel”, which keeps the flow and vibe of the original, yet brings it down to earth with a warm but solid 808 underneath the beautiful voice of Alina Baraz. He has proven to be a jack of many trades with a wide range of tunes ranging from smooth chillers to heavy hitters. I had the opportunity of speaking with Vestige for a bit and he hinted on the possibility of releasing a Free EP for all of us to enjoy. Keep a look out on this guy, my gut tells me he is going far real soon.
