Sometimes after a long Monday, a little dub and a great vocal can cure anything. Enter California's Clark Kent, a producer whose edge has lent itself well to remixes of other vocally focused tracks like Adele's "Skyfall" is what first caught my eye a few years ago. Today, he's used those same skills to beef up the bass on Adventure Club's "Gold" featuring the infectious vocals of Yuna. Starting out slow, the track eases us into what I love to call "dub lite," where we still get fulfilled by a good womping bass, but with less aggression on the ears.
