One of my favorite things about the end of the year is the fact that artists and labels go especially out of their way to bring out some goodies for their fans. From LuckyMe's advent calendar to RL Grime simply celebrating his 100k fans, December has definitely not disappointed so far in its free releases.
Not one to let others take the lead, Main Course Records, the label home to Astronomar, Neoteric, and Bot, have released a whooping 56 tracks in a single zip file for their fans, and the list of songs feels rather endless. They've prided themselves on putting a balance between free and purchased music, and this year has seen great releases from the three, as well as their friends. Featuring special songs and remixes from the three talented artists, as well as work by everyone from Eats Everything to Clockwork to Wax Motif, this is the best kind of gift a label could hand out before Christmas.
