Holland’s Remco Geerts came out of the shadows sometime in 2013 and with great prowess, he’s come out with a number of releases on multiple labels. Remco’s style brushes on anything from trance to techno, making him an up and comer with a hell of a lot of potential. He’s participated in a handful of collaborations that have resulted in some pretty distinctly different styles of music, and is a good man to keep your eyes and ears open for in the coming years.
“A-coda” is Remco’s first release on Don’t Look Productions. This blast of fresh techno air gives a great look on the artist’s ability to write effective progressive house. The hard techno break 3 minutes in nearly knocks my socks off, and subtly implodes back into the tasteful minimal groove that got it going.
