German producer Ronny Schneider is a pro at producing with some of the best vocalists in the dance world. Also known as Ronski Speed, he paired up with famed vocalist Lucy Saunders to produce "Rise Again," out on his tried and true record label over at Euphonic Recordings. But it seems the original mix of this song wasn't first priority, as today the remix EP was released ahead of the original single. Featuring three different stylings from Omnia, Maor Levi and Las Salinas, "Rise Again" gets the trance treatment in its main realms: progressive, electro and uplifting.
In this round of remixes, Ukranian producer Smirnov Evgeny Aleksandrovich (though you might know him better as Omnia) has gotten some serious play and support for his take on the track. An inspiriting youthful melody is what makes this remix so fun and creates the want to listen to it again and again.
Israeli artist Maor Levi keeps his feet steadily planted in both the electro and trance worlds in his compositions, usually leaving us unsure of which we're experiencing. Using his ability to add extra edginess to a track, he's given "Rise Again" some extra umph. And fellow Israeli trance trio Las Salinas takes us to the darker, heavier end of the spectrum, rounding out the EP with a remix that I can just see booming playing wonderfully at an A State of Trance event.
