The Melbourne based band Snakadaktal just released the first single off the groups debut EP, Sleep In The Water, due out August 5th via the Australian label Liberation. Through delicate harmonies and ethereal instrumentals, “Hung On Tight” gives us some little insight into what to expect from the forthcoming LP.
After releasing their first UK single “Dance Bear” through respected tastemaker Young & Lost Club, Snakadaktal spent the early months of 2013 recording their debut album in an old horse stable 45 miles out of Melbourne. While the band may be a fairly new outfit, you can tell there is something organic taking place.
