Snakadaktal’s debut LP isn’t dropping until August, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get a taste of what they have in store. Their latest track “Ghosts” comes from Sleep in the Water set for release this August via the Australian label Liberation. The track’s subtleties lie in their care to atmospheric playfulness and attention to the flowing melody. The textures and emotional vocals throughout the record are enough to make you wish you could escape to paradise for a moment. The Melborne based band recorded the entire album in an old horse stable, which makes me wonder what else they have on the horizon. Take a listen and let the beat flow upon your ears while they sing you a lullaby.
