Australian producer Walden has been named a young producer to keep an eye on, and with his uplifting electronic dance hit "Intropial" among a string of highly anticipated remixes and releases for 2013, the DJ continued to draw fans and critics into his youthful, bright sound.
After enjoying the original mix of this track, I couldn't see where much growth could come from in a remix package like what was released on Beatport this week. However, after hearing American prodigy Pierce Fulton's remix on W&W's radio show Mainstage this week, I stopped in my tracks to check his remix out further. My conclusion: Fulton's remix brings the energy of this song to a place where we can still enjoy the vivacious intent of the original, but also enjoy this new take during the forthcoming festival season: a perfect balance.
