Coinciding with the vinyl re-release of Danny Brown's highly acclaimed album XXX, production team 3:33 has delivered an otherworldly remix of Brown's "Blunt After the Blunt" off of XXX. Originally a grimy hardcore track to begin with, 3:33 pushes the envelope and ups the level of grime by putting their personal stamp on this remix which features Brown delivering his brash lyrics over a dark and gritty mix of deep guttural bass and gravelly percussion driven production. Apart from their growing collection of remixes, 3:33 are hard at work on their forthcoming album, In the Middle of Infinity, due out in October. In the meantime, check out their latest remix and grab a copy of the limited edition Record Store Day pressing of Danny Brown's XXX.
