Didn't know much about VERSIS before recently stumbling across his video for the track "Fly Me t'The Moon" and instantly became infatuated. It wasn't just the visuals but also a mixture of: the unusual track title; the experimental hip-hip instrumentals; the swagged out and classic lyrical flow. And, I try to steer away from too many comparisons but this Los Angeles native rapper sounds like a mixture of Blu, Flying Lotus and Toony Tunes. So, you can pre-order/order this new single on vinyl but you can also check out Versis' last album entitled iLLCANDESCENT which dropped in 2010. Enjoy.
