Today's delivery is brought to you by KIN. Now, with the rise in bedroom dj/beatkmakers; it has become increasingly harder to stay up to date with all the music and beats that emerge. I mean that's why you visit EARMILK and countless other sites just because it seems impossible to stay completely up to date nowdays. But, when you come across a project that doesn't seem derivative and instantly grabs your attention; you can't help but go with it and give the artist at least a little bit of your day. That's where KIN, the DJ/beatmaker, comes in. I came across his recent beat tape project, entitled After Thoughts, and instantly knew I was on to something good. The tape features jazzy soulful beats with a hip-hop soul. Perfect music to play during a night time trek or drive.
The track I'm bringing to you today is called "After Thoughts Remix" and is actually the closing track to the tape. Now, this isn't one of those tracks that you would need to make the center of attention but it definitely will accompany whatever task you are in the process of doing.
