Hot Young Girls pumps anything from funky house to disco to anything that captures the West Coast sunshine. Their latest remix for Stupid Fresh is so laid back I feel like I'm listening to De La Soul in the 80s. The sticky wobbly bassline brings the funk smoother than Rick James on bass. The corny chimp horn is what gets me though, and the fact that I can't stop picturing Will doing the shuffle while Jazz gets busy on drums.
