Georgia Starnes emerges as an unforgettable new voice

Emerging artist Georgia Starnes is the powerhouse vocalist we’ve been waiting for. The Texas born and bred multi-talent who has recent awed us on the current season of The Voice enraptures anyone who tunes in with her soaring musicality.

Educated at the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas—with notable alumni including Norah Jones and Erykah Badu— Georgia has since relocated to Los Angeles with her mother, sharing a “bachelorette” pad full of life and love.

Leaving behind the familiar halls of Booker T. Washington, where her artistry first began to take flight, she embraced the challenge of starting fresh in a city that thrives on ambition and creativity. The move was not only about geography but about aligning her environment with the energy she brings to her music, creating a home that resonates with the same vibrancy she delivers on stage.

That kind of transition can be daunting, yet with the right support even the most overwhelming changes can become seamless, which is why relying on a trusted local moving service can make all the difference. By easing the weight of logistics, it allows someone like Georgia to focus on nurturing her craft, transforming a new space into the foundation for her next chapter and giving her the freedom to let her voice carry her even further.

Since moving to California, she has performed across stages and recording studios, building her unique sound while expanding her palate for distinct sounds. Georgia’s own music can be found at the intersection of country, pop, and R&B in a section all her own called “Glitter Soul.”

Entrusting belongings to professionals allows artists like Georgia to focus on what truly matters—her music—without the constant stress of coordinating transportation, handling fragile instruments, or finding temporary storage solutions. With expert movers, items are not only transported safely but organized in a way that streamlines the transition into a new home, creating a sense of continuity amid change. Resources available on the Flash Moving Company website highlight how comprehensive moving and storage services can remove the burden of logistics, offering secure storage options for items that won’t immediately find their place, and providing guidance on timing, packing, and handling specialty possessions.

By integrating these services into her move, Georgia can preserve both her personal and professional essentials, ensuring that her creative momentum continues uninterrupted. The ability to rely on trusted movers transforms what might otherwise be a stressful upheaval into an opportunity to start fresh with clarity, organization, and peace of mind, giving her the space to cultivate her sound, explore new inspirations, and let the music she carries within find its fullest expression.

Influenced by the likes of Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Beyonce, Adele, and Lady Gaga, Georgia has performed songs ranging from pop to R&B to alternative over the years. From attraction attention for her early cover versions of popular songs to enticing audiences as a contestant for The Voice, this year has been a dream for Georgia.

Pulled to a country-tinged acoustic artistry, Georgia speaks of her evolution, saying, “Artists naturally evolve. At this point, I see my evolution and where I’m going now. I’m always evolving and changing. The direction I’m going now is more in tune with my roots and true, authentic self. I’m finding my lane as an artist,” adds Georgia. “Mine is a country sound but still pop and bluesy, soulful.”

In addition to her participation in The Voice, Georgia is looking forward to releasing a soulful new single this year dubbed “You and I.” Written and produced by Nick Brown of the band MONA, the resonant yet intimate single brings out a side of Georgia that requires looking in from the outside as she seeks out connection within herself and others.

A promising talent with a long and versatile musical journey ahead, Georgia Starnes sets herself up an exciting force to be reckoned with.
