Following the long-awaited news that the Gallagher brothers are reuniting for an epic 14-night UK tour in 2025, Amazon Music has announced a brand new merch collection with the much-loved Mancunian band.
Launching this Friday 30th August, the collection will be exclusively available to buy from the Oasis merch store on Amazon.co.uk, and features two exclusive designs launching across two t-shirt products. Additionally, in the run-up to the announcement of their reunion tour, Amazon Music saw voice requests for Oasis increase by 333% from the previous week, as the world waited to see if Liam and Noel were going to share a stage again.
Paul Firth, director of the global music industry at Amazon Music, said: "The news this week surrounding the Oasis reunion, after 15 years of waiting, has generated tremendous excitement and anticipation among fans across the UK and around the world ahead of what might be one of the most anticipated tours of the past two decades. We're seeing this firsthand at Amazon Music as streams of the band's catalogue increased by 443% in the past seven days, with voice requests also up 333% week over week. Personally, I can’t wait to see them take to the stage again!”
Since the announcement and increase in demand for more shows and pre-sale sign-ups have taken place in advance of the general sale this Saturday 31st August and due to “unprecedented demand”, the band has added one more date to Manchester, London, and Edinburgh. Ticket prices have also been revealed, with seated tickets starting from £73 and standing starting from 148.50 depending on the venue.
