While you may have been excited by Spotify's personally tailored top lists of 2016, SoundCloud has highlighted artist achievement shown through plays: Chance The Rapper's Coloring Book tops the album stream chart, and the most favorited track of the year comes from Desiigner. The stats also take a look at how users are shaping the sound of tomorrow, creating new names for genres that go beyond "future trap," and into new realms of "cloudrap" and "vaporwave."
