The final weekend of Electric Island is finally upon us as the approaching Labour Day long weekend in Toronto offers two days of festival fun to close out the summer. The double feature weekender goes this Sunday and Monday, September 4th and 5th on the Toronto Islands and the minds behind one of North America's premiere techno and deep house open airs have delivered something for everyone's tastes. Sunday features an impressive lineup including Nicole Moudaber, Green Velvet and Claude VonStroke as Get Real, Justin Martin, Bicep and Sean Miller, supported by openers and worthy suitors for the task Alberto Jossue and Members Only.
Monday sees a deeper lineup consisting of Innervisions heavyweights Dixon & Âme, along with Loco Dice, Guy J and Fatima Yamaha. The eclectic bill features some of the top names in the world right now, and after last summer's Science Centre party with the Innervisions crew you can bet Toronto is ready for another round, especially for Ame's first Electric Island appearance. Supporting duties fall to Toronto's favourite Night Vision, Jamie Kidd, and Simon Jain.
