TheBabeGabe emerges as the final member of BLACKSTARKIDS to go solo.
In her debut single, Kansas City based artist TheBabeGabe demonstrates multi-hyphenated style, an ear for tackling multiple Hip-Hop beats, and a vicious flow on the mic.
"PSA" highlights Gabe's range as an artist and allows her to full demonstrate that range. The intro of the track gives the assumption that it'll be more of a chill jazz inspired track, a la Digable Planets, but the beat switch at "microphone check" locks you in as a listener. The beat is phenomenal, drawing in on jazz hop influences, but showcasing a progressive and more punk approach.
While this may be her first official solo single, Gabe has been blending genres for years now and the track gives her the space to show off that range.
