After serving a string of smooth soul-stirring R&B jams, Houston native Perri Jones has got a new bag on her single "Don P." The track is produced by her longtime collaborator FastLife Beats who helps augment Jones' rap persona with a speaker bursting trap beat.
From the jump, she displays a dominant personality with her natural swag and catchy lyrics such as "Wanna be my superman but I don't like speedos/it's a movie, not a b-roll/ he attractive Magneto" that bolster her preferences. The track is beyond just what she likes, it's also a testament to her artistry and her versatility as she totally becomes a new person who is on her grind and won't let anyone stop her from getting what she wants and deserves. "Don P" is the title track of her forthcoming project and also the follow-up single to the previously released song "Brand New."
