Multi-talented Massachusetts musician Dylan Reese has shared a laid back new visual for his single "watch this".

Now based in Los Angeles, Dylan Reese first garnered attention for his breakout projects Vanilla and Morning Coffee, released in 2017 and 2018. He quickly gained a dedicated online fan base through the strength of these early albums. Later, he went on to collaborate with high profile artists such as Paul Wall, Twista, and Ye Ali. he became known for his diverse sound, tackling everything from soulful, smooth R & B to hard-hitting boom-bap raps.

Reese presents a smooth, laid back offering in "watch this". His vocals are assertive but relaxed, delivered over a warm, carefree instrumental. M. Fasol produced the instrumental, which features breezy keyboards and nostalgic horn stabs. An organic sounding drum line plays beneath alongside a rich bass groove. Reese comes through with clever rap verses and then delivers a catchy, charismatic chorus.

The music video for "watch this", shot by Darius Rosario, is easy-going and colorful. It has a fun, laid back atmosphere, featuring Reese giving a self-assured performance in front of vividly colored backdrops. The warm coloration of the video compliments the lighthearted mood of the song.

Overall, "watch this" is an engaging, fun-loving offering. The multi-talented artist has a lot to offer, being highly proficient at both rapping and singing. He showcases both his poetic flows and smooth singing on this new single. The song and accompanying visual are laid back but still give off much confidence. One can certainly look forward to a strong 2021 from Dylan Reese.
