Budding singer Bria Lee has taken the bold step into the music industry with the release of her single "One Shot". The single is actually part of a double release which includes another song titled “Purple Clouds”. Vocally Bria Lee's vocals have that classic jazz influenced vibe, very passionate and boisterous. She knows her onions since becoming a fixture on the NYC jazz scene as a singer. On "One Shot" she employs the same sample used by The Beatnuts on their classic single "Off The Books" and does her thing over it, giving it a fresh vibe with her alluring vocal performance. Although the vibrant nature of the beat gives it a bright feel, the topic matter is quite solemn as she dwells on substance abuse and mental health issues and how they affect relationships. Also along for the assist is Joey Crack aka Fat Joe who interpolates Big Pun's verse on the aforementioned "Off The Books"
