Skipper was an original member of HBK Gang and has been one of the Bay Area's most consistent artists over the past few years. He just announced the next project in his Skip 4 Prez series, titled Prezidential. With the announcement, he dropped a banger of a new track with fellow HBK Gang member and long time collaborator Iamsu!. "Right Time" sees the two Richmond, California natives spitting game to ladies in the club. The instrumental oozes a classic Bay Area sound with quick high hats and a tough bassline.
