It's the beginning of the week, when we have the whole week of struggles ahead of us. Fortunately, KRNE and TastyTreat dropped a sweet new joint, “Clouds,” to swiftly carry us into the weekend—yes, you’ll probably want to play this gem all week. TastyTreat is John Smith and Devon Hardy, two Cali boys who have teamed up with fellow Californian Zach Krane, aka KRNE, in this refreshing and distinct collaborative sound. This might be the most dynamic and powerful track I’ve heard in a while. There are so many change-ups that take you by delightful surprise, and it’s one hell of a ride. I think they titled this so appropriately, as “Clouds” seems to be the perfect metaphor. While listening, you might feel like you’re drifting amongst clouds, imagine clouds dancing, maybe a storm brewing, or just perceive this as altogether ethereal. Whatever it may be, I think we can agree these boys made something simply divine.
