A couple of weeks ago, Virginia native Amir Driver dropped the video for "The Campout", his anthem for sneakerheads all over the globe who wait in line for the latest kicks.
Taken from The Sneak Tape, "The Campout" was the first installment in the video series 'Sneaks is Watching' the emcee plans on releasing. This week, we have the premiere of the second part in his series, and also the second track from his 'tape, entitled "The Hunt". Whilst "The Campout" saw Amir waiting in line for the latest sneakers and getting to the front of the line just as they sold out, "The Hunt" sees him go on a wild goose chase, trying to find the kicks he wants. Again, Driver uses his lyrical prowess and rhyming style to engage the listener in his story. Amir is also backed by bumpin' boom-bap style beat, that has a smooth bass line that's bound to get people's head nodding.
