Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo, known together as Icona Pop, are a special breed in the music industry. Guys want to be with them, girls want to be them, and their breadth of musical influences from punk, electro and house attracts all sorts of people to their fun, “don’t care” version of pop music. Following huge success with their over the top hit “I Love It,” the Swedish duo has also recently announced a massive tour through the US with New York-based rapper Sirah. Celebrating her EP that dropped yesterday entitled Inhale, Sirah’s electro and moombah inspired hip hop fits perfectly with Icona Pop’s style to create a must-see tour together.
