Teaming up with vocalist Effy, Trouble & Bass's Deathface's forthcoming EP is not for the faint of heart. It certainly fulfills both the "trouble" and the "bass" requirements set forth by the Brooklyn label; rather than a set of dance tracks, the 8-track From Beneath is more of a punk or industrial album, although on the darkest of dance floors, these songs wouldn't feel out of place. Deathface answers the question of what would happen when a dark dubstep night meets a goth-industrial one. If you're not feeling kind of mean already, you might when you're done. The EP comes out July 17; until then, catch an exclusive track ("Light as a Feather") and creepy video teaser below!
