Ashera is a Houston-based indie pop artist whose music lives at the intersection of introspection and movement. At 24 years old, she has steadily carved out a place within the city's independent music community through a combination of honest songwriting, consistent releases, and a distinctly DIY approach to creativity. Drawing from personal experiences and the complexities of everyday emotion, her songs balance vulnerability with accessibility, creating music that feels equally suited to late-night reflection and spontaneous singalongs. A graduate of Houston's audio engineering trade school system and a former engineer at Lucky Run Music Studio, Ashera now works independently, co-producing alongside Kaelan Lucas-Marinelli from a home studio that has become a creative space for collaboration and experimentation.
