Stephen Stanley takes a leap of faith with soul-stirring new album "trustfall"

Capitol Christian Music Group (CCMG) artist Stephen Stanley showcases a vulnerable, soul-deep experience with the release of his new 12-track album, "Trust Fall," out today. Clocking in at just over 37 minutes, the album is a heartfelt journey through surrender, spiritual resilience, and raw human emotion, all anchored by Stanley’s soaring vocals and intimate songwriting.

What makes "trustfall" exceptional is the depth of its message and the way it’s delivered. Stanley co-wrote every song on the project. His fingerprints are on every lyric, note, and melody. From the first track, you can feel the weight of a man laying everything on the line, his fears, faith, and his fight to trust when the ground beneath him gives way. The standout tracks, “your heart” and “in my blood”, hit like emotional thunder. “your heart” is a powerful cry for divine connection, bursting with vulnerable lyricism and anthemic production that feels like a conversation with God mid-freefall. Meanwhile, “in my blood” is gritty and confessional, capturing the tension between human brokenness and the hope that runs deeper than DNA.

But the magic of trustfall lies in how the entire album flows together like chapters in a spiritual memoir. There’s cinematic beauty in tracks like “daylight” and “out of my mind”, where Stanley balances vulnerability with vibrant, radio-ready energy. The production is polished yet personal, with acoustic textures, subtle electronic flourishes, and gospel-infused crescendos that uplift without overpowering the message. Stanley has long been known for his honest, faith-rooted songwriting, but "trustfall" is his most fully realized work yet. It’s a call to let go, to surrender the illusion of control, and to trust something greater even in life’s most uncertain moments.
