New Zealand rising talent Jesse Will shares emotionally-charged anthem “Puddles,” which reflects on surrendering and accepting impermanence. A tender and atmospheric sonic exploration of resilience in the face of trauma, the track is an enticing showcase of Will’s raw sonic ability.

Produced by James Kenosha (Birdy, Rhodes),  the track builds on Will’s effortless vocal lines which floats upon poignant pianos. Simple and grounding yet painted with a dramatic flair, the production navigates the scars of recovery and the self-discovery juxtaposing a cinematic musical  flourish with a heart-wrenching, thoughtful songwriting.

Speaking of the track, he says, It explores recovery and the resilience that trauma leaves us with. I was inspired by the life cycle of water, how water is evaporated, and eventually returns to where it was, yet somehow purified from the experience.”

Having gained attention when his soulful rendition of “Shake It Off” was shared by Taylor Swift, Jesse Will has continue to go from strength to strength led by a powerful yet sensitivity musicality that sets him apart as he prepares his third studio release.
