Rising Lithonia, Georgia-raised hip-hop artist/songwriter BLO takes audiences into his world in his new project, Soon. The 11-track project dives into his travails and follows the rising rapper through the dark patches and ultimately his growth as a young man and artist who has hopes for a better tomorrow. Emboldened by his rich Atlanta roots and tight-knit family, “Nikki House” helps underscore his renewed passion for music and chasing his dreams. The guitar-laden track sees BLO being remorseful about his past. He acknowledges that he is far from being perfect and also doesn't hold back adulations from the ones who stayed with him from the start, especially his mother. On tracks like “This Shit Personal” and “Death Whispers,” BLO shares experiences with fair-weather friends and seeks redemption as he struggles with fatherhood, love, and death. BLO often gets reflective on his life on several tracks like the solemn “A Year Later”  and “You You You.” On “Huh” and “Chicken Nugget,” he is a bit playful but still emotional while the bouncy “Check the Rollie” is a display of celebration. The final track "Outro"  brings the project full circle where BLO gets emotional about that special someone in his life.

Overall, Soon serves as BLO's next chapter as he continues to grow in the music industry.

Soon is streaming now on all platforms. Listen to it HERE.
