Scritchmatic deliver raw bars “Pulp Fiction” style on new release (prod. by Fantom of the Beat)

Up-and-coming rapper Scritchmatic connects with legendary producer Fantom of the Beat (a/k/a Haas G) for his new single, “Pulp Fiction,” which is filled with the wit and aggression of the film of the same name. Backed by the gritty soundscape made up of vocal chops, piano riffs and crunchy drum grooves, Scritchmatic takes the naysayers to the mat with no-holds-barred raps and witty lines like "They dread me cause I got this shit on lock bitch/Don't get it twisted I will fade a nigga/I sound good, she trying to taste a nigga/Hater's try to lay a nigga- Nah!" and continues the verbal onslaught till the end while interjecting the verses with vocal samples from the classic Tarantino movie.

Scritch may be relatively new to the scene, but the Kansas City-based emcee is making a name for himself with a slick flow, sharp sense of humour, and distinct voice. It’s an ideal combination for any artist, but especially one who’s confident enough to make use of his talents.
