Rising singer-songwriter STORRY has carved her path in the music scene with her style of emotionally heavy ballads with a touch of social-political undertones and uplifting melodies to match. With 2 JUNO award nominations for her debut album ‘CH III: The Come Up and international collaborations in her pouch, STORRY continues her trajectory with a brand new release titled "fairytales". The mellow sombre ballad is a guitar-driven piece that explores the progression of love and being torn by the aftermath of losing it. Armed with her rich commanding vocal runs, STORRY pours her heart on wax with lines like "I got a little jaded on me/I wear it like a shield on my sleeve/Protect what's left of this tattered heart/Correct what's left of these battle scars" and reminds us that fairytales are just what it is, tales that don't necessarily apply in real life.
She is currently working on her forthcoming album Chapter 2: Run and will be collaborating with Emmanual Jal on a Choose Love feature track. STORRY has also been named as the newest addition to the iluvlive, Stellar Songs and Tim & Danny Music Artist Development Programme.
