LA hip-hop vets Pawz One and producer Preed One are bringing verbal firepower in their new single titled "Wage War". The aptly titled track sees the duo teaming up with fellow lyricists Copywrite and Ruste Juxx, over a booming backdrop provided by Preed One with excellent scratches from Tone Spliff. Ruste Juxx leads the charge with his gruff vocals and NY swag followed by Pawz One's laidback flow while Copywrite covers the duo with some maximum artillery on the last verse. I must add, it's an aptly titled record that lovers of undiluted hip-hop would love as the trio literally wage war on the current wackness.
No full-length project is attached to this but as a one-off track, it sure hits the mark.
