Rising UK rapper Songer caught a viral buzz with his Blackbox freestyles which have gone on to be the most-watched episodes of all time. He has since released three mixtapes and he is now working on a new album titled Skala, but in the interim, he shares the visuals for his single "That's Money."
With the ability to rap over any style of beat, Songer is not a stranger to versatility and on his new single, he delivers a solid rap performance over the soul-sample-driven trap backdrop laid before him. His lyrics are vivid, somewhat hilarious and mostly entertaining but one thing is for sure, his flow is undeniable.
The accompanying video makes use of an eye-popping scenery that sees Songer as the main performer at an unknown casino/nightclub where all types of characters come to seek out their respective thrill.
"That's Money" is the lead track to Songer's album Skala. He recently sold out his debut UK tour and will also be playing in his hometown at the Reading festival.
