Emerging singer-songwriter who goes by the moniker Noozi found her love for music at an early age. Diving into legendary singers such as Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, India Arie and future legends J. Cole and Frank Ocean, the singer used these influences to develop her own style. Like most modern artists, she usually crafts her music in her bedroom by herself, layering chords and coming up with the perfect drum grooves to fit her vocals. Now based in Nashville, the singer has taken the bold step to further her career with the release of her debut single titled "Losing".
The record is produced by SCi-FY who laces her with a solemn and reflective soundscape made up of lush guitar riffs, warm textures and mellow grooves that matches Noozi's distinct melodic runs. The strings have a nostalgic feel and see Noozi exorcising the pain from within as she faces reality in a fledgling relationship and finally regains her strength through the tough period.
