Releasing a warming soulful RnB & hip-hop track that expresses a gentle reminder of the importance of staying true to yourself, is Asian American pop singer-songwriter Vivi Hu with “茶香味 (Vivi, Hu?)”. Currently based in New York, Vivi Hu’s music explores traditional Chinese instruments with blends of jazz, R&B, soul and Mandarin pop.

Luscious, warming and subtle, the new single carries out a mix of lo-fi hip-hop beats and impressive vocal harmonies and vocal stacks from Vivi Hu. Throughout, Hu brings a lyrical journey through language, emotion and style. "茶香味 (Vivi, Hu?)" comes following her previous 2022 release “I Know You Will” which explored a soft, subtle sound of acoustic guitars and elegant harmonies. Adding to her sound with a low- fi-bedroom pop sound, you can be sure to expect more uplifting surprises from Vivi Hu.

"茶香味 (Vivi, Hu?)" is out now on all streaming platforms.
