After sharing his Chuuwee-assisted "Supercharged" single, Sacramento rapper Showtime Ramon is back with a new single, "Hybrid". The record sees him teaming up with producer Bop Phrases who laces him with a mellow, gloomy backdrop made up of haunting strings, textures and punchy lethargic drum grooves. As an emerging artist, Showtime Ramon knows a few things about character development and sees himself as one who is slowly mastering his own style in order to stand out from the crowd. Armed with his unique, nonchalant flow and unfiltered rhyme schemes, he also details his growth and confidence in his skill as an emcee.
The visuals show him in his element, unabashed and staying true to himself as he performs his track like a martial artist who is bringing something new to the sport even if many don't fully understand it yet.
Showtime Ramon has been releasing music since 2011 but kicked off his career professionally in 2020 dropping over 50 visuals with his in-house cinematographer Bruthaanthony2. Ramon has over 20 projects under his belt and is working on new music.
