Oklahoma indie pop duo The Ivy delves into our tendency to overshare details of our life on “Too Much,” which builds on a soundscape of groovy basslines and drum loops to deliver a relatable message on overthinking conversations we’ve had.

Led by airy vocals infused with warmth and nostalgia, the track capture the duo’s signature hazy 80s pop framed by smooth, stylish delivery. Written alongside production duo SameSame(Rob Cohen, Blake Mares), “Too Much,” unfolds with a hypnotic pull that leaves us wanting more.

Having met at music production school, The Ivy who took the Oklahoma music scene by storm over the past few years is all set to take their luscious pop sound further on their upcoming third EP We Move Faster at Night– with this latest offering being an impressive glimpse of their sonic evolution and electrifying energy.
