This summer, Jamie Jones revamps his well-known Ibiza residency. Entitled Planet Paradise: The Age of Love, the residency has moved to a new location at Amnesia Ibiza every Wednesday from June 22nd – October 5th.
Hosted by Jamie Jones, standout guests will include Âme (Live), Archie Hamilton, The Blessed Madonna, DJ Holographic, Hot Since 82, Nicole Moudaber, Enzo Siragusa, Loco Dice, Sonja Moonear, Joseph Capriati, Apollonia, Ida Engberg, Seth Troxler, Luciano, Cinthie, La Fleur, Chris Stussy, Marco Faraone, Patrick Topping, Ilario Alicante and many more, including new residents for 2022, plenty of highly-anticipated debuts and B2Bs, plus striking closing terrace sets from event brand don Jamie Jones.
Each week, all of Amnesia will be adorned with abstract shapes and towering statues scattered around the terrace and garden, bringing back the original Ibiza Balearic vibe of Amnesia. “Amnesia is one of the few places left that truly feels like it couldn't be anywhere else in the world other than Ibiza. I can also say that as a DJ I've only been inspired enough to take my music on a new trajectory three times in my life,” Jones shares.
Injecting the musical freshness each week will be new residents Manda Moor and East End Dubs. Danish/Filipino producer and DJ Manda Moor is based in Paris and mixes up house and techno with authentic Chicago energy. She runs the MOOD EDITS label with Sirus Hood and has had her tunes played by heavyweights like Jamie Jones and Loco Dice. East End Dubs is one of the original players from the East London minimal groove scene. His unique sound both in the studio in the booth have a hardcore following, making him one of the most exciting DJs coming out of the UK right now.
Other red hot newcomers include Benin-born DJ AMÉMÉ, one of the most exciting new talents in the Afro house world and no stranger to grand stages like Coachella, Yulia Nikko, who mixes up sultry house with cutting edge grooves, a favourite of Berlin’s Watergate club, Amsterdam based Toman who releases on labels like we_r house and No Art label, Rossi, a minimal house talent who was Forms resident at fabric London and Fleur Shore whose sets and productions ooze infectious basslines and captivating vocals. They are all vital parts of the line-up who bring plenty of freshness.
The rest of the season is stacked with bold bookings, returning favourites, exclusive back to back sets such as Jamie Jones b2b Seth Troxler, Jamie Jones b2b Joseph Capriati and Hot Since 82 b2b Enzo Siragusa, and fresh breakthrough talents from the vanguard of house and techno.
