Legendary Hieroglyphics crew rhymer Casual's new single "Raw" is a hard-hitting rap posse cut that showcases the verbal prowess of Rockness Monsta (Heltah Skeltah), P-Dirt, and some excellent cuts delivered by DJ Jason D. The rock-infused record produced by DEAD PERRY is a cinematic affair and it's as dynamic as they come with its crunchy drum grooves, crisp electric guitar riffs, and scenic textures. The setup starts with the commanding vocals from Rockness Monsta who drop unfiltered bars followed by Casual's laidback and evocative lyrical stylings. P-Dirt provides the connecting hook while DJ Jason D adds that quintessential hip-hop touch with the scratches.
