After already dropping their third album less than a year ago, mama's boy, the Los Angeles pop band, LANY, is gearing up to put out yet another full album in September titled, gg bb xx. This week, they released two songs that'll be on the forthcoming album. The band's newer releases, "up to me" and "dna [demo]" are both produced by Andrew Goldstein (Maroon 5, Katy Perry, blackbear) and LANY.

Frontman Paul Klein sings about comparing new romances with old special someones on "up to me". The sun-soaked production is sprinkled all over the track. While "dna [demo]" is an even sappier more heartfelt more downtempo number defending one's ways as a hopeless romantic.

A few days before releasing the couplet of songs, the band shared their forthcoming album's cover and title on their socials.

The two new sincere pop tracks follow the first offering from gg bb xx, “dancing in the the kitchen”, which was written really to make you do exactly that – dance in your kitchen. With three of the 12 songs released from the next album, fans will need to wait till September 3rd to hear the rest of the classically vulnerable pop records from the boys of LANY.
