sudders looks deep into a "lonesome" state alongside CW Jones & Mac Lloyd

UK emcee/producer sudders starts 2021 with a brand new single titled "lonesome." This is coming off the heels of his EP A Little Bit of Me which dropped at the end of 2020, a project that explored the rapper's life in some detail. On this new track, which sudders produced himself, he teams up with vocalist CW Jones and guitarist Mac Lloyd to help him channel his deepest emotions and create a heartfelt record that everyone can relate to.

The track was birthed during the lockdown which prevented sudders from being able to visit his family. Now stuck in the house all by himself, he puts all his thoughts into creating bright memories of his family in absentia. The track is quite solemn and starts off with just somber piano chords that slowly build up alongside Lloyd's smooth guitar riffs. sudders gives us a rundown of his family, sharing somewhat intimate and funny experiences that hit the soul. On the chorus, CW Jones gives an almost tear-jerker of a performance with his sublime melodic runs and evocative lyrics about love, family, and loneliness.  Being someone who hasn't been able to travel to see my family, I could really relate to this and I am sure many of you out there share similar sentiments. Let's hope for a better tomorrow and in the interim, let sudders music lighten the load.
