17 year-old singer Buppy has been gaining momentum quickly of late, earning a dedicated fanbase through his emotive, genre-blending style. Working out of Los Angeles in a bedroom studio, he crafted a smooth, relatable debut single in 2021's "Violence". Influenced by R&B, indie pop, and hip-hop, his unique sound is diverse and refreshing. Through music, he hopes to inspire other teenagers by dissecting the struggles they face- such as social stress and mental health.
