Produced by PRGRSHN and sampling the 1991 hit "There’s Nothing Like This" by Omar, Benjamin has transformed “Moon” into something that is uniquely his own. Nodding to distinct soul and R&B roots whilst his warm vocals offers a diverse range spanning deep tones and soothing high notes, Benjamin shines in the spotlight with his versatile and eclectic talent.
The accompanying video directed by Samuel Douek adds further weight to Benjamin’s lyrcis, capturing the vivid narrative of raw and pure intimacy found in relationships. Paired with his flourishing vocals, Benjamin truly encapsulates the essence of real love:
“I wrote "Moon" about the most important person in my life. So naturally, when working on bringing the video together with Sam, I wanted to include that person. I’m not a fan of fake video love. You can always feel when it’s not genuine. I wanted the video to be as real as the song and it’s lyrics are to me."
