New York-based artist Spence concocts a unique, laid-back sound surging with swagger. The vibrant talent shares his latest single "Standby (dnt luv u)" and the song’s feel-good vibes are sure to lift you up. Through his upbeat, colorful instrumentation and charismatic vocals, the track radiates with infectious energy. His witty lyrical wordplay sung with so much self-assurance makes for a highly fun and playful release. "Standby (dnt luv u)" details the strain of a breakup and coming to terms with the fact that the feelings you once had are forever lost. His relatable message really resonates with listeners as everyone at some point or another has felt a spark die out.

Spence aka Spencer Hoffman creates a rare sonic style that fuses groovy indie-pop with current hip-hop and R&B. His vulnerable releases touch on powerful themes of depression, angst and heartbreak. Reminiscent of Twenty One Pilots and Post Malone, there is a distinct captivating bluntness that shines through his music. For his debut EP Melissa he collaborated with his brother Jackson Hoffman a prominent producer (Young Rising Sons, Micky James). Check out his irresistible, head bobbing new single "Standby (dnt luv u)" and wave goodbye to your past relationships.
