After several well-received mixes over the course of the past several months, seasoned electronic musicians Lucas Nord, flyckt, and Oliver Nelson have deployed their debut single under their joint moniker Moodshift. "Chemistry" is an energetic, pop-leaning electronic production and is out now across all streaming platforms.
A subtle hum starts off the debut single prior to the introduction of infectious vocals to the sonic space. As BPM increases deep house elements can distinctly be heard throughout the production, effectively complementing the vocal rhythm while adding to the overall tone of the tune. Fusing each artists’ unique signature styles into a harmonious blend of pop-infused indie-electronica, the trio began making music earlier this year before manifesting into the fully realized Moodshift concept. Since its' inauguration Moodshift Monday Mixes have been a formative staple in their development, having consistently released nine twenty-minute mixes thus far from this Spring.
The members of the budding triumvirate have several more deliveries in store in the duration of 2020. Working both individually and as Moodshift, highlights from each member of the trio include a solo EP from Nord titled Boy Restless, flyckt's debut EP Instant Gratification pt. 1 as well as a recently unveiled remix of Niall Horan’s track "Black and White" from Oliver Nelson.
