Emmet Nino Hayes continues to deliver with new single "Mbappé"

After the release of his latest singles "Flows" and "Doing Alright", Dundalk MC Emmet Nino Hayes is back with his third single of 2020, "Mpappé."

"Mpappé," aptly named after French superstar footballer Kylian Mbappé, showcases exactly why Hayes is one of the most slept-on rappers in the Irish scene currently. With impeccable and frozen cold flows delivered with an undeniable swagger, Hayes continues to make an impression on the listener. The hook on this track delivers a catchy nature and proves that Hayes songwriting ability is equal to his masterful lyric writing.

The beat is produced by HUD$ON and its a perfect playground for the pen of Hayes. The ghostly vocal sample along with the crazy 808 patterns create the typical signatures of a 2020 trap beat. But there is something about the open hi-hats that give a sense of liveliness to the record.

Overall, "Mpappé" is further proof that Nino is on the right path. I fully believe that this artist has the potential to become a real player in the hip-hop scene and has no lack of global appeal. His pen game is up there with some of the best Ireland has to offer. With a slew of singles already behind him, we can expect to hear much more of Emmet Nino Hayes in 2020.
