Brazilian artist MARCELØ DEISS unveils his latest single “Horses Running”. Currently based in London, DEISS brings a delectable fusion of indie, blues, folk and rock music, resulting in a sound reminiscent of B.B King meets Eric Clapton. This distinct collaboration of modern indie rock and old school blues, allows the Sao Paulo musician to give his own take on the classic artists he grew up listening to.
The release follows his previous single “I Went Down” which further highlights the singer’s signature sound of resonating guitars, clashing drums and gravelly vocals narrating thought-provoking themes. “Horses Running" emphasizes DEISS’s desire to produce vintage sounds through the use of analog equipment.
DEISS brings to light the negative effects of societal issues including gluttony and discrimination. Sharing in his press release he declares, “I think it's important to discuss topics about our society and the current problems we face together in the modern world. This, to me, seems more relevant due to the current situation our society is facing right now.”
