Hailing from the streets of London, indie pop artist Jenny JAM shines a light on an important message in her latest single “Better Than You.” Built upon a confident, driving rhythm section, strong, soulful vocals and resolute lyrics, the fearless song narrates the singer’s experiences in an abusive relationship.

Declaring she’s finally had enough, Jenny JAM finds the power to escape, allowing herself to meet someone who truly values and cherishes her. This courageous message lets others in a similar situation find the strength to do the same. The songwriter shares in her press release, “You can always take the positive out of the worst of experiences, as there is always a lesson – no matter how big the price to pay is.”  The visuals are a tongue-in-cheek reference to Queen's renowned "I Want To Break Free" video, adding a lighthearted touch to a serious narrative. The video showcases Jenny JAM packing her bags and ridding herself of a toxic relationship. Though she reminisces on the good times, she also recognizes how blind she was to the red flags.

Now based in Los Angeles, Jenny delivers her mesmerizing fusion of indie soul, infectious pop and a hint of Jazz. Known for her uplifting, self-empowering music, “Better Than You” shows the singer putting her own unique stamp on a truly inspirational anthem.
