Los Angeles recording artist Zaku delivers a new alluring sound based on sublime R&B-Pop infused styles in his debut EP All I Need. In the spirit of Valentine's Day, the rising star begins his global takeover with a new love ballad called "Underwater." Over a lush, atmospheric production, the Manila-born, Japan-raised trained singer displays his emotions in its full glory as he gushes over a certain lady he is trying to woe. The track is rife with descriptive appellations and some slick lines that revolve around aquatic themes.
Directed by Jay Blaze and Zaku-himself, the new star plays a hopeless romantic in search of unattainable love interest merely a few feet away from him. The visual perfectly captures the feeling of being heed over heels for someone and when it seems everything is about to reach a closure something happens to make the goal impossible.
"Underwater" will appear on Zaku's forthcoming album, Young Yesterday. which is set for a Feb.28 release date, the new project is supported by an upcoming new season of the YouTube comedy series, "Budget Boys," starring former Saturday Night Live cast member Jay Pharoh (White Famous) and Zaku-himself. Zaku is currently in Asia developing more visuals off the upcoming project slated for release in the coming months.
